Gorgeous 80s party dress. Dramatic tiered ruffle lace skirt, big bow on the neckline, fit and flare silhouette, velvet and boned on the bodice, fully lined, strapless neckline, crinoline lining and a zip back closure. Would best fit a XS-S or a 26 in waist, but please see the measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
