Vintage blue 60s / 70s dress. Back zip closure, round neckline, shift silhouette and a knee length hemline. Decade is 1960s - 1970s. Brand, original size and material are unknown. Likely a handmade piece. Would best fit a S-M, but please check the measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Excellent vintage condition besides some light pilling, rippling on the zipper and many loose threads on the inner seams due to it being handmade please see the photos. Freshly laundered.
