Vintage 70s novelty sea shell print skirt. Ombré blue to teal colorway, elastic waist band, and a funky below the knee length scalloped hem. Would best fit a XS-M or 20" - 26" waist, but please see the measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Made in the US, material is nylon and spandex, brand is De Weese Designs, and original size is a S.
